Winter Soccer Performance Camp

December 5th – February 15th

Workouts will focus on these Sports Performance components:

  • Dynamic Warm-up
  • Motor Skill Development
  • Explosive Power
  • Quick Feet & Movement Mechanics
  • Lateral and Transitional Speed Acceleration
  • Postural & Core Strength

The coaches are:

  • Coby Jones
    PT, DPT, Certified SportsMetric Coach

  • Josh Shively
    CSCS, CPT

  • Mike Zamora
    CPT & IYCA

The focus of this 10 week camp is to prepare the youth soccer player for the 2018 Spring season. The proposed age group is 7th through 12th grades.

The camp will be comprised of 20 workouts, starting Tuesday, December 5, 2017. The workouts will be every Tuesday and Thursday (excluding 12/26 and 12/28). The last workout will be Thursday, February 15, 2018.

Athletes will also receive information on nutrition and stretching. All athletes will receive a Soccer Sports Performance Camp workout shirt. Athletes and parents will be required to fill out an Informed Consent and Liability Waiver Release.

Cost: $179

($8.95 per workout)
